SC Gaming Limited t/a Lucky Spins - Responsible Gambling Policy
We attach great importance to responsible gambling. We know that gambling can become an addiction and cause severe financial and psychological problems affecting people’s life.
As a first step, we encourage you to control your gambling activity. Please take a moment and think about your gambling behaviour: am I easily addictive? Have my friends told me that I spend too much time and money on gambling websites? Even if you consider yourself as completely rational, there is no downside in setting up self-protection anyway.
At Lucky Spins, you have three tools at your disposal to control your betting activity: betting limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. Please note that we reserve the right to implement any of these measures on your behalf, at our sole discretion, and without any right of recourse. We may do so in particular if we have identified you as a user with a potentially high risk of problem gambling. Betting Limits
You can set financial limits on your account, which regulate how much money you can deposit in a given time period. On registering you must select either “no limit” or set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. You can always impose a limit after registration in the “Gambling Controls” section of the app/website. Any requested decrease in your deposit limit will be activated within 24 hours. Any requested increase in your deposit limit will only be implemented after a cooling-off period of 24 hours has elapsed and you must take positive action after that time to confirm the increase. Confirmation of the requested increase can be made by e-mailing support@LuckySpins.co.uk
You can take a time-out of gambling for a period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 7 days or 30 days via the “Gambling Controls” button in the “My Account” section of the app/website. A time-out means that you can still access your account, but cannot make any deposits. During this period, withdrawals are permitted. The time-out cannot be revoked unless we have reasonable ground to believe that it was implemented by mistake. Self-exclusion
You can self-exclude for a period between 6 months and 5 years by contacting us by telephone on 0208 1234 405 or by sending us an email to email@example.com. Requesting self-exclusion will close your account and your remaining cash balance will be sent back to you. You will also be taken off our distribution list or marketing database within 48 hours.
We will maintain records of all self-excluded customers.
Following the expiry of your self-exclusion period with SC Gaming, you can decide to renew it. If you do not renew it, you will still continue to be treated as self-excluded for a period of 7 years unless you contact us requesting to end your self-exclusion, in which case your self-exclusion will end after a 24-hour cooling-off period during which you will be required to confirm by phone.
Importantly, self-exclusion cannot be revoked during the self-exclusion period.
If you decide to self-exclude we would encourage you to also consider self-excluding from other gambling operators and/or install software on your computer that blocks access to gambling sites.
It is now possible to register with GAMSTOP, the UK’s national online self-exclusion scheme, which will allow you to self-exclude from all online gambling operators licensed by the Gambling Commission. Self-exclusion with GAMSTOP will also self-exclude you from SC Gaming products. Should you wish to do so, please visit www.gamstop.co.uk
